Living well by working on translations

Some people, as far as I know, can live well by working on translations, especially if they have high-class regular clients. Translating itself is actually an interesting job. Well. I am still waiting for more regular "top-class" clients.

Financial Crisis and Translation Jobs

The global financial crisis will probably affect translation business, but I hope that the impact will not be that bad. Since a lot of countries are already aware of this crisis and significant things seem to had been taken to deal with this crisis, I hope the crisis won't be as bad as many had predicted before. I hope we, translators, will still get sufficient jobs. I hope too that not many people will lose their jobs. God, help us facing this crisis
